Job Description
Aon is looking for an ASP.NET/C# developer. This candidate will work closely with the development team in US and Singapore to develop and support this application. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the .Net Framework and related technologies. The candidate must be a good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum education required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirement:

* 2 to 5 years years of comprehensive programming background with solid experience in the systems development life cycle with at least 1 medium to large scale web based application development.
* Experience in developing web based application, usercontrols or composite controls
* Experience in HTML, Javascript, ASP.Net, C#
* Experience in XML, XSLT, Web Services, Remoting
* Experience in Enterprise libaries
* Experience in relational database skills, Oracle , including writing stored procedures, packages, functions and creation of tables and views
* Experience in AJAX
* Experience in Localization is a plus
* Experience with Component Art
* Strong knowledge in Object Oriented development methodology
* Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment.
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Duties required:

* Assist in the design / implementation of software on Microsoft .NET platform
* Understand and translate requirements to functional specifications
* Interact with business user and project manager to understand the business process and requirements of the application.
* Perform coding, unit testing and software documentation
