Curt Witte
Chairman, CEO, President and Director is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the QuietAgent companies. He has a proven track record in software, Internet services, and communications, with over 20 years of experience, from scaling start-up ventures by over 15x to running $10 billion Fortune 50 lines of business, with specific experience in marketing, sales, product management, and finance. Mr. Witte has held senior management positions at leading companies including: AT&T (NYSE:T), Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH), Lexington Financial Partners, Peopleclick and Firm58.

Jason Kerr
Founder, CTO and Director is responsible for the functionality, direction and integration of the technologies of the QuietAgent companies, as well as working with Mr. Witte on the overall strategy of the company. Prior to founding the company in 2000, Mr. Kerr was the CEO and founder of Forte Solutions Limited, a software development company that developed logistical support and management software for the global regional airline market. The company had a 60% market share in Asia-Pacific when it was sold to Accenture in 2005. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kerr co-founded Forte Communications which designed, developed and patented the first SMS text messaging platform allowing two-way text messages to be sent to and from mobile devices and the Internet. In 1997, he led the sale of that business to Telecom Wireless Solutions of Atlanta (predecessor to BellSouth).
Mr. Kerr also founded a voice-video-email technology company whose shares were listed on AIM, the secondary London stock exchange.

Gary Scheier
COO and Director is responsible for the general corporate affairs of the QuietAgent companies, including their equity and debt financing as well as managing the client servicing operations of the Companies. Mr. Scheier was responsible for establishing the Company in the U.S. and assisted in arranging its equity and debt financing. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Scheier was VP of Business Development and later President of Telecom Wireless Solutions, an Atlanta-based company providing engineering services to the wireless telecommunications industry. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Scheier was a partner at Weiss, Peck & Greer, where he was co-founder of its Quantitative Equity Division.
